Our products are made and fulfilled on demand. Once you place an order, it is sent for processing and production before being dispatched.

Order processing and production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and fulfilment requirements.

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery details are accurate when placing your order.

2. Shipping Within India

We offer shipping across serviceable locations in India.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the applicable shipping method, order details, and delivery location.

Available shipping methods may include:

• Surface Shipping: An economical shipping option for domestic orders.

• Air Shipping: A faster shipping option where available.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for eligible orders and locations, subject to availability at checkout.

The shipping method available for your order will be displayed during checkout.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available for eligible products, orders, and delivery locations.

Where COD is available, the applicable COD fee will be displayed at checkout. Customers are requested to provide a valid phone number and remain available to receive their orders.

COD orders may be subject to additional verification before processing.

4. International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to selected countries, depending on service availability.

International shipments typically take approximately 10–15 days after dispatch to reach the destination country. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, local delivery services, and other factors.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you where available.

You can use the tracking details to follow your shipment's progress. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, contact us at admin@slickmoon.com with your order number.

We make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We may be unable to modify the address once an order has entered production or been dispatched.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a shipment needs to be resent because of an incorrect address or a delivery issue attributable to the information provided by the customer, subject to applicable law.

8. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order appears to be lost, marked as delivered but not received, or returned to the sender, please contact us with your order number and tracking details.

We will investigate the matter with our shipping partner and communicate the available resolution.

Any replacement or refund will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
